Natalia Gladkova joined IREX Europe in April 2016 and manages IREX Europe’s projects promoting freedom of expression and human rights in the Eastern Partnership partner countries. In addition, Natalia contributes to partnership and project development.
Natalia holds an MA degree in European Studies from Maastricht University in the Netherlands, a MA degree in Political Science from I. F. Kuras Institute of Political and Ethno-National Studies and a BA degree in International Relations from Kyiv International Institute in Ukraine.
Before joining IREX Europe, Natalia worked for IOM, UNCHR and research institutions in the field of international migration in Ukraine, Greece, Czech Republic and the Netherlands. She also implemented European funded projects in the field of political reforms’ promotion in Ukraine.
